ABOUT STEPHANIE MIDDAUGH15+ years in GTM.
10+ years building Enablement.
I'm Stephanie Middaugh, Founder & CEO of Phoenix GTM Consulting. My career spans 15+ years across GTM functions, with the last 10 focused specifically on Revenue Enablement inside high-growth SaaS organizations. I started in Sales Operations, which is where I developed the habit of tying everything back to pipeline, ramp time, and revenue outcomes, not just program completion.
What makes my approach a little different: I studied education before I ever worked in tech. My undergraduate background is in teaching, and I recently started my Master's program in Adult Learning, which means I don't just build Enablement programs, I build them the way adults actually learn. Behavior change, skill transfer, and REAL retention. Not slide decks that get forgotten by Monday. After a decade leading Enablement from the inside, I founded Phoenix GTM Consulting to bring that same operator + educator mentality to teams and professionals who need it most. I also co-founded The Enablement Squad, a free global community of over 5,000 Enablement professionals, because I believe we move this profession forward the most by sharing with each other, not hoarding what works. That same belief led me to write my book, Elevate and Optimize: Your Enablement Maturity Journey, a practical framework for Enablement professionals at every stage of their career. Whether you're building from scratch, scaling what exists, or figuring out your own next move as an Enablement professional, I've been in that seat, and I genuinely love to help. |
