About Us

Phoenix GTM (Go-to-Market) Consulting group started as a passion project by our Founder and CEO, Stephanie Middaugh. After over 6 years in Enablement roles from early to late-state startup companies, she realized there were so many businesses that either couldn't afford a full-time Enablement hire yet or needed additional help from an experienced Enabler to really get their programs off the ground and positively impacting the business. 

And so, Phoenix GTM Consulting was born to serve companies who need that extra level of support in Enablement, go-to-market strategies, business process development and improvement, change management, kickoff planning and execution, and sales operations. 

Why the Phoenix?

The symbol of the Phoenix can be traced back to ancient Egypt and has been adopted and adapted by many different cultures throughout time.

We chose the Phoenix as the symbol of our company because we hope to embody all of these aspects within our consulting practice.
